On the occasion ofthe 62nd Anniversary of Independence and Youth Day 5th july 1962/2024, the Embassy of Algeria in Athens organized a commemorative ceremony, in the presence of Mrs. Adra BENBOUDIAF, Chargée d'Affaires a.i, the staff of the Embassy and a number of Algerians residing in Greece.
After observing a minute of silence and reciting El-Fatiha in memory of our valiant martyrs, the participants listened to a presentation underscoring the significance of observing this landmark day for preserving the collective memory of the Algerian Nation and ensuring the transmission of the spirit of Independence and freedom to rising generations in order to strengthen and ensure their attachment to the homeland and to the glorious Revolution of 1st November 1954.
